I'm so happy! Very Happy I'm eating by my regular eating schedule (well, I missed Breakfast), yet with just a bit of walking I'm already noticing that I'm burning more calories then I'm eating to where I SHOULD start losing some weight if I keep it up! I've tried to lose weight before & have given up, but this time I think I'm gonna hang on! Not a change of eating habits & I've already started to notice that my schedule should work out PERFECTLY with a few laps around the park!
