Hi.
Motivation is difficult at times specially when coupled with pain. However you sound as though you have the tools to do this. Perhaps you just need to adapt them to meet your needs at the moment till your back gets stronger and the pain eases.
One day at a time, one step at a time is how we all move forward!
Good luck, and keep the faith you can do this!

I see it all the time and it is becoming more evident. There are old people in their 70s or even 80s who keep themselves active who are fitter than people in their 20s.

With every minute that you can move is a good minute.
You will get fit again but just in a different way. Sometimes people need to think outside the box to find the motivation that is write for them.
Let you inner strength and determination shine. Smile

Vegetarian
Make your own veggie burgers. They aren't hard. You can freeze them with wax paper between and pop them apart. Much less $$$ and you can control what goes into them.
