I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Congratulations kingkeld.

Thank you for sharing the information about your surgery to remove excess loose skin. Not many people tell you that kind of stuff.

Amazing. Congratulations. I just need to lose 30lbs, and second week on my diet and Im already giving up. Reading how you lost 170lbs is truly inspirational. And I love your quote on keeping the cookies at the end of the table. I "sinned" and had a huge cookie today. sigh!

A COOKIE won't kill you.......lots of COOKIES might......in the long run

no harm in eating treat food now and then it's keeping it as an occasional
Treat within a calorie controlled diet that is the key to success

As usual you're such an inspiration, King! This latest photo is amazing! You look awesome! I love "studying" your journals and I've learned a lot! I still have a long path ahead of me (right now I'm in a plateau), but stories like yours don't let me give up!
