Started my one week challenge to day. Sunday.
I woke up at 12pm. For breakfast I had an apple. I have chosen lunch to have my wrap, lettuce and tomato.
Father's. Day today and my two daughters and their little ones popped in to see dad. I had two biscuits.
Plus, today was the end of my first week. I lost 2lbs!
