My family above all. And my health. Every day I wake up and it's still a buzz to notice I'm still slim ( like overnight I'm going to pop out again like the Nutty Professor!)

Love the journey as well as the results!

...And my ability ( sorry, last post sent before finished!) to be active. When I was 14 I was told I would end up in a wheelchair if I didn't have a big op to straighten my spine. So now ok my body isn't a thing of great beauty, but I'm not in a wheelchair and I can do all sorts of activities. When I'm out walking I just feel so grateful, I'm so lucky. Sure, sometimes I get down vanity-wise and wish I had a beautiful figure and back... but then I remember the alternative and it's not so bad after all!

Love the journey as well as the results!

Thanks! And I agree I have better lung capacity working out. I went insane on arc trainer today at gym. Hard for 15 minutes... I wouldnt have lasted even 5 minutes if I was still smoking.

Today, I'm thankful for having a good grip on conscious eating. Yesterday, I had allowed myself 3000 calories, and it was my Indulgence Day and I'm on vacation, but ended up having only had 1100 at the end of the day. This is the focus I want and need for the rest of my life. Eat what I want, when I want, eat it consciously, and stay out of trouble. Life is good!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

>>Eat what I want, when I want, eat it consciously, and stay out of trouble. Life is good!<< A nice sentiment and a good motto. Thankful today for being able to share in the various perspectives, viewpoints and sentiments that others provide.

I'm thankful today for Jesus saving me. Yesterday was a bear. I mean life in general not dieting. I thank Jesus that He was there for me and I hope He will always be there for me.

This wish goes out to all of you as well who are willing and able to believe and receive Him.

A cup of coffee, toast, and a newspaper every morning, and not having to rush to work, so I can really enjoy them.

I'm grateful for this site. That someone cared enough to create a place like this that is free of charge and sensible and encourages self-motivation and self-reliance for making life changes. I'm especially thankful for all of you who share your wisdom, humor and encouragement. Checking in here with all of you daily keeps me on track. Better than any other approach I've ever taken to weight loss and health. Very Happy

I'm thankful to come home from 5 days on vacation in Paris, without losing focus on my foods and health, walking everywhere, and coming home weighing a kilo less than when I left. Smile

Thankful for the opportunity to work with a couple of kids that have a rough home life situation and introduce them to a hobby that brings them some joy.

Good Morning! I am thankful for the roof over my head. I am praying for those poor souls that lost everything in the Oklahoma tornados.
