Yes, it sucks. I would leave it at resting and sleeping and don't add anymore activity
I would pay more attention to weekly calories. If you are losing each week, they you have it right, if you aren't losing at all, try reducing your weekly calorie total and see how that works. Your body is different metabolically then us so you just need to find the right amount for you.
