My faith in God, My husband and daughter, my family, my friends, my house. Honestly there are so many things to list. On a "lighter" note here are some things that I am thankful for associated with weight loss. Crossing my legs again, Seeing I still have collar bones and hip bones, walking uphill without being out of breath, knowing that hunger is not a bad thing and that I can overcome it instead of it overtaking me.

Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.

I'm thankful that I have a strong and determined mindset that has helped me focus on the best and only true method to get me into the best shape I have been for 30 years ...................and my wife can't keep her hands off my hot bod!
