Diet boost?

I know that losing weight takes time but I work out about 3 times a week pretty hard core and I've been following my weight watchers points plus program. Is there anything I can take (not pills) such as a natural remedy ? I'm very into holistic solutions and home remedies. If anyone knows of anything safe that can maybe help me please share.

As you follow your plan you are retraining yourself for a healthier lifestyle. Training takes time so don't rush it. Maybe add another day at the gym....institute an evening or morning walk?....exercise is a much better alternative to magic pills and potions. Keep at it...you are doing great Smile

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
