Thanks everyone. It's not like I hate myself or anything. But I just know that the way I see myself in the mirror isn't good. I'm 18 and ready to take the lead in my life. Just want to be healthy is all. Instead of being sad when trying to go shopping. For once in my life I wish I could enjoy shopping. I've lost 10 lbs so far and I'm working my way to my goals. But thank you all for your support.
Bgirl... do you have a Wii console (or XBox or Playstation Move)? I recommend you play games like Just Dance, Zumba, Golds Gym Dance Workout, etc. They are so much fun, it's cardio exercise and you sweat a lot! I buy used games at Game Stop or on Ebay to try out. That could help you get some cardio exercise in and jump start your weight loss.

Goal #5: 150 lbs.
The BIG Goal: 145 lbs.
