Hi, i have been exercising almost a week ago am walking 6km every single day with a high diet which is no fried food no soda nth have fat in total but the problem am not losing any weight am gaining weight. Can anybody help me plz

Losing weight isn't necessarily down to long walks and no fried foods or soda.
If you don't already count your calories, I would suggest that you do so. Otherwise you won't know what you're really doing.
You can easily gain weight even if you're only eathing "the right foods".
