I enjoy his shows too but he's just bringing what's out there into the spotlight, I don't think he actually promotes things, However once it 's been on his show then you'll see the adds "as seen on the Dr Oz show" and it looks like he's promoting the product. Many things I think are garbage, and that's why the diet industry is making billions off dollars from everyone looking for any easy way to lose the weight. I have seen the documentary Fat Sick and nearly dead, and do agree with his promoting of juicing and eating natural raw fruits and veggies. But save your money from all the Rasberry ketones, green coffee beans etc etc....
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!

Peanuts
My fat intake was around 50% today due to peanuts...Low Carbs today!!!!! Yeah. No Sugar!! Yeah..Trying too dial it in... Was hoping my proteins were as high as peanut intake..Suggestioms????
