My RDI is 2000 - does that mean they expect me to eat 2000 calories? That's crazy! I'm a little confused =)

Make sure you have set your calculations for weight loss, not maintenance. If this is so, try out the new RDI. Be happy that it's a good one. It gets harder as you lose weight. Remember to recalculate as your weight changes.

I set my Rdi as sedentary which gives me about 2100 I then actually burn off up to 2900 calories on an active day and eat about 2400 so in still 500 under what I actually have done
