Every morning, right after getting up and emptying my bladder. Of course, the weight can vary, from day-to-day, but the weekly trend should continue to be in the direction you are looking for.

Only reason I weigh every day is to keep note of how my body reacts to different days. Plus I know if I need to adjust things. I understand it fluctuates and adjust to that.

I used to weigh every morning but I would get discouraged when I knew that I was working out a lot and eating well and I would see a weight gain. So, now I am weighing just once a week.

I do the same unless I have a binge day or night then I will skip at least the next day of weighing. Most I have gone without weighing has been two days after a serious binge.

For the most part it does keep me honest and on track.

If I did not weigh as frequently I'm sure I would stray thinking all was good and my weight was not going up. I need to watch it or I'm sure it will go up. Well maybe?

I know it's not the best but I find myself on the scale 4-5 times a day on average

All this talk about how many times to weigh makes me want to do something about it. Who wants to join me in losing 10 pounds? For many getting started is the hardest part. Doing it as a group makes it fun and more motivating. Join me today as I track myself over the next month to lose 10 pounds.... that's only 2.5 pounds a week or about .3 pounds a day.

Good point! There are positives to every day weighing in. Keeping it honest and in line is great rationale. Thanks!

No problem. It works for me partly because I am determined not to put it back on. Very Happy

Once a week is more than enough for me. Although I might add one in every once in a while just to see if anything is happening.
