Only reason I weigh every day is to keep note of how my body reacts to different days. Plus I know if I need to adjust things. I understand it fluctuates and adjust to that.

I do the same unless I have a binge day or night then I will skip at least the next day of weighing. Most I have gone without weighing has been two days after a serious binge.

For the most part it does keep me honest and on track.

If I did not weigh as frequently I'm sure I would stray thinking all was good and my weight was not going up. I need to watch it or I'm sure it will go up. Well maybe?

Back to the Gym
The steak was 400g tasty and juicy but I still had to force feed the meal. Now as I sit my pulse is racing trying to digest it. A short walk may be in order to aid the process.
