I would suggest that if you really want to lose it do it for you and not to please someone else. If you put your mind to it you can achieve your ultimate goal.
I agree. My husband doesn't diet. He still eats what he's always eaten. I had to do it by myself, for myself. It's hard. This fatsecret community makes it easier though. Also, getting yourself into a routine helps a lot. Preparing healthy breakfasts, packing healthy lunches and having extra healthy options on hand for emergencies is key for me.

Lost 50 lbs. in 2011, gained a bit back after pregnancy.
