I would of said ice cream, but I had a few french fries for the first time on over 3 months today. I'm not sure I have ever eaten anything so tasty. I had to ask my son if they were really good or if it was just me.

Today I'd have to say bread as it seems to be my biggest 'destroyer '. Its the only thing I cannot seem to enjoy in moderation without wanting to keep eating and eating or my body reacting.

Today I'd have to say potatoes, in any form--especially "loaded" mashed or BBQ chips. Catch me on a different day and my choice might be fresh baked bread...or fettuccine alfredo...

Cheese steak sub with ltm, fried onions & hots with a side of FF's. Oh... it's food, not foods. Goes hand and hand once, upon a time.
