I'm down about 35lbs from a couple years ago and maintaining. In last last year I've hiked to the top of Half Dome and completed by first mud run - The Warrior Dash!

These were things that were unimaginable not too long ago...

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

I have successfully exercised 5-6 days a week since March 1, with 90% of those being at 5:30 am and I was so not a morning person, now I look forward to my morning workouts! I also increased my hand weights from 3lbs to 5lbs Smile

Nice work, skirch97! I definitely prefer to work out in the morning. First of all, it's easier to get side tracked as the day goes by, and also you get to have that feeling of accomplishment all day.

Powerwalked 2 1/2 miles yesterday while pushing the two girls in the stroller and didn't have to stop or sit down to catch my breath! (not that they would have let me... lol)

Thanks Kinkgeld,It feels great.I have quite a bit more to go yet. I do like looser clothes and an easier time just moving. I think I shouldn't break anymore toilet seats for a while I hope!

I've lost 19 lbs since I started a month and a half ago.. was having a hard time until I introduced going to the gym.. it felt like I was gaining, but then the dam broke and the fat started coming off.. just 30 minutes a day on the elliptical and some ab and arm work.. today.. I lengthened my elliptical time to 40 minutes.. Wow that 10 minutes almost kicked my butt!!! Laughing

This morning I was walking/jogging. I always do five kilometers in the morning, every day. I usually walk it. Today, I decided to jog as much as I could - something I do every now and then. Today, I managed two full kilometers, and I had to stop because my legs were getting sore and I didn't want it to kill my activities for the rest of the day. However, as I finished, my cell phone rang, and as I picked it up I noticed that I was in no way short of breath. It was ONLY my thighs burning that caused me to stop. Nice!
