Sad I don't want to give up !!!!!! Since the last time I've been recording my food intake, I've probably gained 10 pounds.....I certainly feel it.
I've gotten so lazy and then maybe it's cabin fever after all. Whatever...I do appreciate this website so much.

You can do this!! Once you get back to it you'll start feeling better and it will get easier to stick with it. I do the best when the weather warms up because I'm more active outside, I get the cabin fever too. Good luck!!
Goals for 2014:
Complete Couch to 5K- DONE!!!
Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done

Wow you guys........thanks! I'd never posted before and you guys are making more encouraged to do this. I had lost some 45 pounds 11 years ago, but I got comfortable or something, and now am dealing with all this weight. I'm also encouraged because a friend of mine ended up losing a foot due to diabetes. I don't want to have to be a burden to anyone. Thank you ....thank you...thank you all.

Diets are hard to stick to, and a "soup" diet sounds like the most vulnerable to failure. I recommend low carb - meats and green vegetables taste good and keep you from being hungry. Eating soup ...
