I am currently 1.2 lbs from my current goal weight. I don't know if I'm going to keep trying to lose a few more pounds (since I'll be at my healthy weight for my height) or if I'll focus on gaining muscle in my abdomen (everything else is pretty muscular).

Doesn't sound like you need to lose anymore... I dream of the day I might have a "wash board" abs. Mostly so I can dress like a slutVery Happy Maybe not a slut, but I want to wear a midriff bearing shirt or a skin tight little dress to the club or something. Before I'm too old to dress like that. Lol Oh! And wear bikinis.

I say dont try to lose weight but tone up and maintain that weight. you might drop a few pounds as you put on more muscle. But you will feel and fit better into clothes

Not hungry anymore
I m eating around 600 cal a day for about 4 days now on saturday november 28. A I don t feel hungry anymore.

You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
