I see that when you focus on your weight loss journey, then the last lbs are no harder than the first ones. When you get to the last ones, you know what you're supposed to be doing, and you just need to keep doing what you already know is working.
However, the moment you think you can just wing it, then it gets hard. I know. I've been there.
Focus on your mission. You know what you need to do.
