Agreed. I think the closer we get to our goal weight the more difficult it seems. Persevere on!

I see that when you focus on your weight loss journey, then the last lbs are no harder than the first ones. When you get to the last ones, you know what you're supposed to be doing, and you just need to keep doing what you already know is working.

However, the moment you think you can just wing it, then it gets hard. I know. I've been there.

Thanks...i will persevere and I think I need to refocus. I am allowing small but frequent breaks in my plan and that is where I have lost traction. Back to one all protein day a week for me!

Another way to to swap entirely to a different system.

You are always more focussed at the beginning before it becomes second nature and that focuses the mind.

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.
