Agreed. I think the closer we get to our goal weight the more difficult it seems. Persevere on!

I see that when you focus on your weight loss journey, then the last lbs are no harder than the first ones. When you get to the last ones, you know what you're supposed to be doing, and you just need to keep doing what you already know is working.

However, the moment you think you can just wing it, then it gets hard. I know. I've been there.

Focus on your mission. You know what you need to do. Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Thanks...i will persevere and I think I need to refocus. I am allowing small but frequent breaks in my plan and that is where I have lost traction. Back to one all protein day a week for me!

Another way to to swap entirely to a different system.

You are always more focussed at the beginning before it becomes second nature and that focuses the mind.
