I just started this diet on Sunday and am waiting to weigh myself next Sunday to see how successful this will be. I am never hungry on this diet so far (it's only been 2 days : eating turkey breast, and as much fish as desired plus salads. I'll keep you posted if there is anybody else out there.

I just finished Cycle 1 of The 17-Day Diet last week and lost 14 lbs total - loved it, ran into a couple of plateaus. Don't worry - just keep going - my weight fell off in "chunks!" LOL!

Advice for beginning healthy eating for weight loss
All diets are CICO. If a certain way of eating makes your calorie goals easier to stick to then try it.
