I like to come here and read everyone's accomplishments. And these are no small feats! All of you should be very proud if yourselves. I don't really feel like I could brag about anything right now... But I'll be back in 2weeks.Very Happy

On Saturday I felt pain in my ankle like a light sprain. The old me would have used it as an excuse to skip exercise for the day to 'rest' and 'heal.' The NEW ME decided to stick to my 6-days-a-week workout schedule and do a non-ankle-impact workout on our stationary bike followed by crunches and stretches. Proud of myself.

My hubby, who's also losing but not on FS, always wears shorts every day, but he had to wear pants for a work party on Saturday night. He tried on all his old pants which used to be tight and they were falling down around his ankles! Of course it's 10 minutes before we have to leave so he was running around the house trying to hold them up and searching frantically for a belt that fits. It was hilarious, but I'm so proud of him!

Yesterday's accomplishments:

- A new lowest weigh-in - the lowest I've been post-surgery.
- Getting to spend 3 hours(!) talking to a journalist about my weight loss journey.
- Getting a call from my favorite gym, and being asked if I'd like to work there in my spare time.

WIN!

Everyone here is doing such a great job! I love to read about the success, but big and small. It's such a motivator. Keep going!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Today, because of the results of my weight loss, the results of me going to the gym, and because of the way I talk to the other people at the gym, I got hired on as a worker at that very same gym as a 2nd job.

Free gym, and I get to do what I love - talk to people!

Today my boss treated me to Houston's Restaurant for administrative day. I was very proud of myself - I had a cheeseburger with spinach and a side salad. I took the bun off and I gave the cheese toast that came with the salad to my boss. I also took the croutons out of the salad. This lunch was very feeling. I had no idea I could do this and to be satisfied at doing this. Congrats to me!!!! This is my first week on induction.

Yesterday, I cut 6 inches off my belt. It was WAY too long. Also, I have now punched three holes it in to make it fit. I punch them as needed, so I am already using the 3rd one.

I bought the belt mid-February, and I misjudged the size so the one I got was too large, and I was already in the last hole, which fit me perfectly. So, basically I have moved three inches down in 2½ months. Not bad.
