Hello friends... I recently got a sweat suit...and try to walk ~5miles on treadmill wearing it everyday.. therefore I'm burning in hot, and sweating a lot... noticed even after cold shower, my body still feels heat inside... Does exercising with sweat suit contribute to my weight loss or just the water waste??? Thanks a lot...

No man, just get rid of the sweat suit. It will not help you burn more calories.

I agree, get rid of it! Plus, sweat suits are known for lowering your blood pressure, so be careful with it!

Not only that when you sweat you will be leeching salts as well. Which will make you crave salty things in return (and salty snacks tend to be bad in other ways)

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Onwards and Downwards! Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.
