sweat suit...

I recently got a sweat suit...and try to walk ~5miles on treadmill wearing it everyday.. therefore I'm burning in hot, and sweating a lot... noticed even after cold shower, my body still feels heat inside... Does exercising with sweat suit contribute to my weight loss or just the water waste??? Thanks a lot...

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.
