I'm glad, I think we both have the same weight goal. I,a little further away though lol. I can't wait for the day I'm only a couple pounds away. I think I might cry... Or just wait till I actually get there and run around the neighborhood shouting happilly.( Hope no one calls the police.)

Haha I'm just starting with a goal of 5 pounds because that's what many formulas say is the perfect weight for my height. I would still like to be slimmer, but I'm not going to push myself too hard in the beginning. I just want to wear a bikini >.<

I don't even wanna think about the weight I'll have to lose to be at what the "experts" say someone my height should weigh. I'm only 5feet tall, so I think it's like 105-110. I personally think that's too small. I still want my curves,my boobs and my bum Very Happy. Screw 105.. I'll try 135 and see how I look in a bikini, then I'll see if I should go another 5 or so pounds.

A friend of mine found that leg workout too. I have tried it, only for a day though. On top of my regular workout and squats, I can say you do feel it in your calves. It's a great workout. When are you starting?

Ketosis Achieved
Headaches and dizziness are signs that you need more salt. Try having a cup of broth or bouillon morning and night, that's usually enough. The doctors say adaptation to keto takes 2 to 6 weeks.

Looking for someone with similar statistics :)
Hi Lily, You are perfect & too many others who only but wish to be your weight are really in a struggle. Be careful where you end up it might not be good going there. We say this in a concerning way.
