Next time you feel like having the chocolate bar remind your self that you need to do this walk to burn it off and ask yourself if it's worth it for the empty calories of sugar and bad fats

When you crave, drink a BIG glass of room temp water and wait five minutes. Often, you're really just thirsty, and anyway the water helps you feel full. Don't know how big those bars are, but begin to train yourself to enjoy a SMALL portion - savor it!
