I have just eaten 2 bars of M&S bubbly milk chocolate. Felt like I needed a pickme up now annoyed with myself.

Next time you feel the need for a pick-me-up, have a cup of tea.

Go for a 45 minute power walk as fast as you can do it.

Next time you feel like having the chocolate bar remind your self that you need to do this walk to burn it off and ask yourself if it's worth it for the empty calories of sugar and bad fats

When you crave, drink a BIG glass of room temp water and wait five minutes. Often, you're really just thirsty, and anyway the water helps you feel full. Don't know how big those bars are, but begin to train yourself to enjoy a SMALL portion - savor it!

I have to agree with gardengranny, the Doc should be the one telling you if you are ok to continue or stop taking a medication. You could end up doing more harm than good.
