I understood this program converted what you ate to weight watchers pints...did I misunderstand?

I have been using the site for three months; if it has that function, I have not found it. I keep weight watchers points separately in a spreadsheet. I will say that I am considering abandoning the spreadsheet, because I have found a calorie/day level by using this site that, if I do not exceed it, will fall within my weight watchers points limit.

I think that it used to have that function at one time, but that it has since been removed.

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Onwards and Downwards! Smile

If FS let you do it for free, then no one would join and pay to WW for their program that does just that. So i'm guessing you will never see that point system in the list at FS.

I don't think it has that function either, and I've used this site for a few years. It is really helping me though, to input the food on here so it calculates your calories. It's a pain to start with but once you've put all your food in the first week it's all stored and is easier the next time you want to input that food.

Thanks again for all your comments. A friend told me every 50 calories equates to 1 ww point "roughly". It's a good guideline.

I started at about your weight 192. I'm female 65, have a smell frame and work at a desk all day but try to be fairly active when I'm not at work. I had to trim my calories down to averaging 1200 ...

trim down diet
Right, I wouldn't pay anyone. Find a plan that works and stick to it. There are lots of books at the library. Track your food on FS.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
