Hi, I am really new to this site ( I mean like 60 mins and am looking to talk to people who are trying to lose weight. My particular challenges are an underactive thyroid and diabetes. F>Y>I I am new to both of these challenges. I am a little bit resentful that I have to make lifestyle changes as I am quite rigid with my usual daily schedule and am quite opposed to change until I get used to it. Get at me!Smile
