If you are staying strictly with the induction requirements, you are probably in ketosis. Some people don't bother with ketosis, just stay with the plan and lose the weight anyway.

Worrying about ketosis is optional.

Welcome! At the top of the page, click on the tab called RECIPES, then on the right side scroll down to DIET & NUTRITION and click on the button called Gluten Free.

I'm Back
I used to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. Now I bake my fish and then add either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to punch up the flavor, which saves a bunch of calories.
