Did not diet today, not up to it been sick since Friday, but worsen today. Just wanted to check in did drink plenty of water.. ...ate a sweet chilli wrap from McDonald's today made me nausea. sicker on stomach family brought it for me, but I will not eat another from their. I prepare my own foods anyway
cut out a lot of things could be the reason.

I can't see your regular diet, but it's possible that you weren't ready to eat. It's also possible you are sensitive to something in that thing you got at McDonald's. One of the possibilities is a gluten sensitivity. Just keep that in mind.

Right now, don't eat anything processed or complex.

Counting calories from Brine.
hmmm, so taking this recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/2... Dry ingredients is 631 total calories for 10.97oz. one tbsp of that is about 29 calories. that seems plausible to me.
