Did not diet today, not up to it been sick since Friday, but worsen today. cut out a lot of things could be the reason.

I can't see your regular diet, but it's possible that you weren't ready to eat. It's also possible you are sensitive to something in that thing you got at McDonald's. One of the possibilities is a gluten sensitivity. Just keep that in mind.

Right now, don't eat anything processed or complex.

I apologize, I do not thi k I made myself clear about sick, and pain. I am ill I suffer with pain 24/7-365 days a year. I would go into detail but its to much, and a lot of explaining. I take a lot of medications which slows my weightloss other than that....I am OK
