high energy level

I am so happy today. Good energy level had me active and hopefully loosing inches. I am now down two pants sizes. No leg pain. Just back painxbut justt slightSmile Exclamation

Keep you the positive attitude and it will take you far. I have found in my journey that I have to remain positive, think positive and not put myself down for a slip up or a bad day. In the end it is going to work out.

If a pain in the butt means muscle soreness in your glutes, that equates to shapely booty growth.

Another great day! Weighed myself and down 4 lb. All at once. I know it is water but i will take anything at this point after a week stall. I love Atkins. I have not been hungry at all which feels very wierd. I just have to try to keep the calories up so i dont go to starvation mode. Which i think was my problem.

you should be able to lose 14lb in 6 months easy I would be surprised if you didn't lose a LOT more good luck :)
