I actually schedule it!
I have found that if I make it a calculated choice to go lower on 6 days per week, and then shift those calories to the 7th day, I don't stall on my weight loss. I also manage to stay sane, as I always have a day to be looking forward to.

From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin.
