Kept my caloric intake low enough today to enjoy some coffee ice cream! Yummy! Smile

Do most of you "save up" calories to be able to enjoy an occasional treat?

I actually schedule it!

I have found that if I make it a calculated choice to go lower on 6 days per week, and then shift those calories to the 7th day, I don't stall on my weight loss. I also manage to stay sane, as I always have a day to be looking forward to.

What a great idea! My recommended daily intake is 1400 calories. I try to keep it around 1200 to 1300, so that I can save up the extra calories for my occasional treats!

I'm due to eat about 1000 calories in carbs on Tuesday. Yeah!

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
