I've added some recipes to my Cookbook on the website, but I can't find my Cookbook in the ipad app. Is this not available? If not, it really limits the usefulness of the app for me. Also, when I find a good recipe and saves it, it adds it to my food diary rather than my Cookbook. Maybe I'm just missing something. Please assist.

From your food diary, select add food. On the left are your options -- recently eaten, most eaten, saved meals, and cook book!
On iphone, it's kind of in the same location, as in when you select add food, except instead of on the left it is at the top and you have to kind of scroll. A little challenging to get it to go to the next page for cookbook there, but it does work.

Thanks, NCNOLE. I see the cookbook there, but when I click on it my recipes don't show up. There's just an option to add a recipe to it. I tried syncing, but still no recipes.

Seems to be related to Firefox ver 42. Works fine with Microsoft Edge, believe it or not.

Weight loss ticker
I think the ticker is an option when you weigh in, but I can't remember for sure.

If you go the area of "My Settings" on the right hand side, you can change what is shown...scroll to the bottom of that page! ;)

Getting started
i just use the phone app of fatsecret and scan in barcodes as l eat food, or maybe jot down on paper what you have eaten during the day and add it in later when you get a quiet time.

If possible, spread out your calories so you are eating something every couple of hours, even if it's a few baby carrots or celery sticks.
