how do i change the amount listed that is in g to cup/tablespoon etc?

looking the foods , i see they listed in grams and i don't know how to convert to cup, pint, qt. oz. etc. how do i do this as i don't know what a gram is in my way that i know how to measure. thanks

Are you talking about the nutritional counts being listed in grams or the portion size of foods listed in grams?

Since gram is a weight and spoon/cup is volume based, you are going to need a scale.. You can try googling for an estimate.
