The Blue Box is right! we ALL break our 'diets' now and then! we all human! you need a little treat (which fits into your calorie count) everyday or every other day!

One other thing which I find helps me every day is going for a jog/run! - best boost to a day! not only for your body to wake up but also for your soul! Its not always easy to get those takkies on but when u think of exercise - Just Do It! its a way your body is talking to you! and before you can change your mind quickly start walkingVery Happy

everyday I have to 'find a way' or 'do something' ... to feel normal

I have been neglecting myself a little lately too

guess I just needed some comfort...

but...

it's just not easy daily

I like taking a bubble bath when I am feeling a little sad and neglected. Do something special for yourself today. And look in the mirror and tell that person looking back at you that they are beautiful and that they can get through anything! Very Happy
