I lost my strength today & was broken

Tomorrow is a new day I guess & everyday I hope to get stronger,

One unhealthy meal won't make you fat, just like one healthy meal won't make you skinny.

You've recognized that you've messed up today and that's okay, it happens to the best of us. Just don't make it a habit. Wink

I hope everything works out for you! Very Happy Stay strong!

Hi,

The Blue Box is right! we ALL break our 'diets' now and then! we all human! you need a little treat (which fits into your calorie count) everyday or every other day!

One other thing which I find helps me every day is going for a jog/run! - best boost to a day! not only for your body to wake up but also for your soul! Its not always easy to get those takkies on but when u think of exercise - Just Do It! its a way your body is talking to you! and before you can change your mind quickly start walkingVery Happy

good luck with everything!

Milky Milky Bunny, maybe you are the normal one and we are all crazy. Razz

I like taking a bubble bath when I am feeling a little sad and neglected. Do something special for yourself today. And look in the mirror and tell that person looking back at you that they are beautiful and that they can get through anything! Very Happy

Go easy on yourself. It takes time to recover from an emotional shock.

hugs milky! life tends to throw us curve balls when we're the most vulnerable. as sufferer of clinical depression, I know sometimes giving into the tears can be a catharsis. when you're through, blow your nose & wash your face with cool water. if you can, take a walk outside, breathe the fresh air, & listen to to birds. it helps.

as a fellow shy person, it can be hard to find our inner strength. but it's there. you can do this! we all can! Smile
