Crying or Very sad Gained 2 lbs this weekend, pretty sure it wasn't from food but prob the wine ....I am now trying to drink more water, eat a few less calories and add more protein, went for a walk ( short one) took Grandson to Axtion gym for 2 hours chasing a 2 1/2 yr old and swimming tonight..I hope the lbs come back off by tomorrow cause this makes me manic...lol.

First off, don't stress out about it. I notice that alcohol tends to make me gain weight over night. If I drink (which is rarely) I can expect a 2-3 lb gain in the morning. I drink at home, so I am not eating anything with it. Up your fluids and do your excersice it will get better.

I had a great result this morning..3 lbs gone, so I lost the 2 I gained and lost 1 to boot..YEAH!!! very happy...1 more to my second goal of 80 lb loss...55 more to go Laughing

I feel your pain about the wine. Since I have retired I have gotten into the habit of having two glasses a night. Eight months later I noticed that I look and feel heavier and my clothes are snug. Time for a reality check... I'm going to work on only having my wine on the weekends. Wish you well.

Yeah, wine. I rarely drink now. I expect I will drink some after I reach my goal, but doing so now is bad for weight loss on so many levels.

That's what I do when I drink a glass of wine. One bottle of water per one glass of wine. It keeps me at just 2.

How to configure FatSecrets
I am new to this site. The default tracker is for low cal programs. Being on Atkins a low cal tracker is not very helpful. Is there a way to add more trackers for carb counting?
