I was just doing the same thing. You can find out on Livestrong.com. From what I can see each P90X workout burns an average of about 600 calories. Which is awesome!!!

Have you checked out the section on this site that gives you approximate calories burned per hour? It has several different exercise choices. I have a garmin that keeps track of my calories burned while running. The "sports track" application I have is used to download the information from my garmin. I will also wear the garmin for aerobic and cycyling exercises. My husband uses the garmin during his weight lifting. It monitors your heart rate as well and lets you know what zone you are in. This a a very useful tool. The sports track application has several different tracking options. I use this to keep track of my calorie intake and weight diary as well.

Can anyone tell me why the exercise automatically records calories burned for sleeping or resting,it says I rested 15 hours and when I try to change it it wont let me! This is messing with my net results..

I also can't figure out the exercise thing because added 30min jogging and with the automatic entry for sleeping and resting I ended up with a net calories of -480. That cannot be correct. Daily intake from food was 1300. What am I entering incorrectly?

try clicking on that activity in your exercise diary. It should bring up the specifics and allow you to change the time in much the same way as you can change the amount of food in your food diary.
