Need Expert Advice to Build Body

Hey folks,
I joined Fat secret 4 months before with a motive to reduce 10 Kilos. As and when it progressed i started resetting my goals thrice and reduced 23 Kilos. I was 96.5 Kilos when i started and today morning i am 73.4. Am perfectly normal on my BMI. Had a lipid profile test done and the results are promisingly normal.

Now i need some of the expert advisers to help me build my muscles. So how do i go by doing it.
1) Do i need to take a body Composition Test ?
2) What is the weekly weigh program you recommend ?
3) I can allocate up-to 75 minutes for the weight training ( If required more) apart from 45 minutes cardio.
4) Do i need to take any supplements

Am excited to build muscles and tone my body. I need some experts in this forum who can be a guide, a mentor in achieving my goals as well make good friends.

i have had a similar journey, with a higher loss and I am finding P90 a good program to improve fitness at home with 6 training sessions a week that alternate resistance and aerobic and do not require a lot of tools other than a mat and a couple of dumbbells.
Supplements after resistance training can be useful but not necessary at least until you reach a very high intensity

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every 50 days...it is too easy to lose hope when you reach a plateau. Every 50 days is good and you know if you are sticking to your regime. I can tell by how I feel and how my clothes fit.

Get serious about food and exercise or forget about losing weight!
Great tips, it is true that its mostly in the diet! Muhc better to make lifestyle changes than to go on to quick weight loss diets.

Probably literally no carbohydrates, except for a few veggies (no starches) and tons tons of water will be the best way you can eat! Also will have to exercise like crazy to lose that amount of weight ...
