i am alergic to fish can anyone suggest something that has the same omega in it that i could replace the fish with Smile

Flax seeds, chia seeds are also a great source. And of course most nuts are great! I add Chia seeds to my yogurt, which makes it a bit thicker and gelatinous. Also if you get flax seeds, get the kind that are partially ground. Flax seeds will go straight through you without any benefit if they aren't broken apart. You'll just have some very expensive poop. Smile

Try flax seed. You can get it in a ground seed form or as a supplement.

Nuts are high in omega-6. Eating them will put your omega 3/omega 6 balance further from where you want it.

Flax seeds and flaxseed oil are not metabolized the same as fish oil.

for a sandwich its best to have weight plus whats in it, as just half a sandwich could be any number of calories depending on bread type, size of bread, spreads used, filling etc
