Actually that is not to bad. I weight myself each Sunday morning after I have had my constitutional and before the first meal of the day. This way it helps me to know what my true weight in the buff. So far I have avoided weighting myself each day due the fact your weight will go up and down based on water. What I have found is that weighting on a certain day gives (for me aleast) a better level as to where I am on my quest for dropping another 14.5 pounds.
All journeys began with the first step and ends only when you get there.

Monday morning....first thing.
It helps me to assess the "weekend damages", if any!

I weigh every single day, in the morning, after going to the bathroom. I know this goes against what some think, but if I don't literally WATCH my weight in this way, it just creeps back up. I will say that at one time in my life my whole day could be defined by the number on the scale. In fact, I feel that I have wasted most of what the best of my life could have been about by having my life be about being fat. I'm much older now, and my perspective has changed considerably. The number on the scale now is just a status check that helps me rein myself in. I don't let it punish me anymore. And now weight loss is gradual, but steady.

EVERYDAY!!! If not, I am not as mindful of what I am eating. When I don't weigh, I pay...and eat and gain!!!

I am only going to do it once a week from now on. I have recently lost inches - clothes are loser, but my weight has gone up. so I am tracking my body fat percentage rather than my weight now.

Once a week. On Thursday at 8:30am. Never on Monday. Weight fluctuates so much on day-to-day basis you drive yourself crazy weighing in everyday. Pick a date and a time.

When I am actively following a weight loss plan I weigh myself every two weeks. Basically every third Monday...

Once I have achieved my goal I get weighed every morning...

When my weight is UP by 3 pounds or more I go back to my plan...

Primarily I see myself as an "Atkins Lifestylist", however not being perfect I tend to go overboard with the fruits and vegetables when I've reached a goal - where else are you going to get the amount of antioxidants one needs every day??? (Of course, I also supplement, but...)

Bottom line is that I'm 'on Atkins' for two weeks, then off for two weeks... I try to ensure I burn off what I take in, but I haven't found the secret to that 'cure' yet...

Again the way that works for me like many others weight everyday same time, Write your weight down , then each week average it, that way you can see on a weekly basis if you are losing or gaining, also when you weight once a week and you will see if you write it down daily, your weight will go up and down during the week, if you happen to weigh on the up day, after working hard all week , very depressing, this works for me, been tracking my weight like this since 1984, not alway averaging only when I need to lose, but tracking daily

once a day after morning shower. more data points = better, but I don't fret about fluctuations. I can move up or down 5# a day easy just with normal fluid volume variatio9n. Plot out the curve and watch the trend line.

Every day in the morning with no clothing. Also use scale that gives BMI hydration, body fat, as well as bone mass.

I do everyday , sometimes more then once a day.The health nurse I talked to suggested to weigh in only once a week. This saves from getting discouraged and becoming obsessive.Hopefully I can get to that !

I do it every day because if I don't I lose interest. In a few weeks I'm not watching what I'm eating at all. I also find it fun to do. I need to keep my mind involved I like the mental challenge of losing weight and staying fit. It's harder for me now at 65, but that makes it even more exciting. I want to understand why drinking water more burns more fat? Or does it? I also like keeping a diet diary. It really helps to keep from getting discouraged.

The steak was 400g tasty and juicy but I still had to force feed the meal. Now as I sit my pulse is racing trying to digest it. A short walk may be in order to aid the process.
