how many calories should I eat every day to get rid of 1lb. a week
I'm burnig 300-400 cal. a day by working out

It really depends on how many calories you burn the rest of the day. If you burn 2000 calories/day, then eat 1500 to lose 1 lb/week. Not exact science, but good starting point.
