Does any one have tips for rebuilding stamina following a rouen Y

Would love feed back from people that have had a Rouen Y. I am 1 week post op and would liketo try and build up my stamina. Any advice. Aliitle about me. I lost my job in November and have been really sedentary since then. Before that I had.a very physical job.
