Hello Family,
I am doing good but for some reason not loosing like I thought I would.
I sm thinking about joining South Hampton diet center...to help with my dieting.
Is there anyone on the South Hampton plan?
Is it expensive?
Have you progressed?
Is it worth it?

Thank you. There are several things going on with my health I want to lose at least 2.lbs per week, and I am not. I am trusting God. There are sometimes circumstances much bigger than we can fix ourselves, so I am going to be still wait on GOD.... this is much bigger than what I can do alone. ...

If you are trusting God to support you in this, why pay money to a weight loss center?

In reading your bio, I can see why you'd want professional help to lose weight and not go at it alone. Struggling with an illness topped with medications, it can be risky. I would check online for possible reviews of the center or the Better Business Bureau if someone here hasn't had any experience with them. You may also want to ask your primary doctor if they have a recommendation for a reputable place that can help you achieve your weight loss. Best of luck!

Trust god if you want to, but consult with your physician. Ask him or her to refer you to a nutritionist if necessary. A commercial diet program probably isn't going to get you what you need or want-- they generally exist just to push their foods and get your money.

We can't see your diet calendar, so we can't offer you any specific advice about what you might do differently.
