Taking measurements

Anyone taking measurements? Someone suggested it to me on this site a while back and I have done it. Glad I did what they suggested. Not losing weight, but the numbers are smaller by a "bit". Itty bit, but a bit.

How often do you think a person should measure themselves?

When I was a member of a fitness club, they measured me once a month. I don't see a reason to do it more often.
