Anyone taking measurements? Someone suggested it to me on this site a while back and I have done it. Glad I did what they suggested. Not losing weight, but the numbers are smaller by a "bit". Itty bit, but a bit.

How often do you think a person should measure themselves?

When I was a member of a fitness club, they measured me once a month. I don't see a reason to do it more often.

Make sure you're eating fuel for your body and not something your brain wants you to taste. The end result will be energy not lethargy.
