Everyone need to put Flo Rida's album"Wild Ones" on their iPod. It is my #1 pump up album and has some great cool down songs too. Seriously, it makes me work about 6 times harder.

Also, on iTunes there is a ton of free workout music with specific BMPs and cycling coaching when you search "podcasts" for "workout music." the cast is called "Motion Traxx: Fuel for Fitness." There are also lots of free yoga class podcasts as well.

Any other good music, podcasts, or coaching tracks?

You obviously haven't worked out while listening to thrash metal.

Nice profile BTW! I'm hoping to do about 160 miles on the PCT in Wash state this summer.

Giving up the scale?
The scale stops my imagination from running riot. I don't have a structured diet, either. My appetite is really random, never know when I will be hungry and don't eat when I'm not hungry yet.

I know I'll continue losing even if I don't log as I should, but I also know that I would do better if I did. It does make you much more aware of (& accountable for) what & how ...
