Calorie Counter App

Calorie Counter app is great to have, but in the past week it ends up with an error alert and keeps timing me out. Anyone else having this issue? I'm using iPhone 5 and I am sure the issue relates to app and not to phone, so just fix it please!

I guess the bandwidth hasn't kept up with the success of the program. If they don't fix it soon we'd better start looking for an alternative.

I am so glad it isn't just me. The app was working fine last night but today it won't load and has lost all of my recorded data from before yesterday. Thankfully, it's still saved when I checked the full site but the app is so convenient for recording everything. I've tried reinstalling but that didn't work either.

How can anyone monitor their calorie and exercise, especially on mobile phones, when this app keeps having glitches.

Also, the CS people should have foreseen how important this app would become to people who want to control calories and keep fit.

Luckily, I have logged into the UK site, plus have the gadget version on iGoogle.

Nevertheless, I would much prefer that this matter was resolved as speedily as possible, as I need it for next week.

UPDATE:- changing the password did the trick, which is a good thing to know.Cool

I cannot sync from my phone; I'm asked (by the app) to log in every time I try and it says the sync was successful but the data is not showing up on the web page. I sync back and forth between my phone and my tablet but can no longer do this.

I can't input any exercises either; the app keeps asking me to input my weight (which I do) but it doesn't seem to take.

I've been using the app daily for several months but have only recently begun experiencing these problems. Anyone else have similar problems? If so, does anyone have a workaround? Thanks in advance.
