Living by that motto is part of why I am so fat. my parents instilled in me wasting food is wasting money and there are staving kids who would love my leftovers. Its been instilled in m so hard that leaving food on my plate makes me feel bad.

I know! when I was a kid I saw the jenny craig comercials about leaving food on your plate and didnt understand I thought they were bad and most likley going to get in trouble lol. We need to work on leftovers and portion control.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
