Here are the guidelines for induction.

http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase-1.aspx

If you want home made foods just google low carb recipes. There are quite a few available.

Good luck!

Why start a plan you don't understand? Read a book, look online, whatever - - have a firm understanding of it before you start, especially when the "rules" really matter, like with Atkins.
Man who say it cannot be done should not interrupt man doing it.

Either somebody is going to do Atkins, or they aren't. And if they don't understand the rules, they aren't going to be able to follow them. The website is free for anyone to read.

So many times I have heard people say that they tried Atkins but [insert reason it didn't work here], and it's clear they were not even close to following the protocol.

You fell off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track, go for a walk. Plan your meals, maybe work on a backup plan for your next social event so you'll do better. Soldier on!

Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
