I like a lot of different kinds of music, so I have a variety. I've been doing Pandora for my workouts right now so I have can shuffle. I think girls and guys probably differ a little in what they prefer. For working out I like things that have more of a dance-y beat, for some reason that just keeps me pumped up. But when I'm in the car if those songs come on I usually flip the station.

has to be upbeat. But I do like Rock when i do weights. I found an app called Fit Radio I like to use. It has playlists in different genres all set up in 30 minute increments.

I've got a mixture of southern gospel, country, pop on my MP3 at various tempos for interval purpose when I'm doing walk & jogs outside. Other than that, I tend to use fitness DVD's at home.
