Fresh real bread, and proper cheeses either is a trigger food, the 2 together is my idea of heaven.

When I get to 16st I've promised myself a large loaf of something nice and a block of real cheddar (Not to eat in one go).

I work about 10 minutes walk from a very good cheese shop (Neals Yard) and a vastly overpriced market (Borough) But one thing they have a lot of is good artisan bakers. And I really am looking forward too it.

It's awful isn't it? I had two bags of candy in my sewing room stashed behind my machines for MONTHS and finally gave them to my teenager to eat because I knew I'd never finish them. But don't try to sneak a Dorito past me! LOL!

I LOVE cheese and bread! I can't buy cheese and bring it home because I can eat a whole block by myself lol.

I have a piece of chocolate every day. I try to stick to 1 or maybe 2 hershey's bliss squares or kisses. I just can't give it up and having a little helps me not binge on a lot.

If you're counting calories, then really no food is a cheat food. You just add it to your food journal and account for it. But my trigger foods is anything with cane or corn sugar. Once I get that stuff in me, it might take me weeks to stop.

Oh, you are SO right, it is FOOD (and here I am telling myself and others that there are NO BAD FOODS!) So, chips are a TRIGGER food for me, probably a less urgent one but just as deadly is bread. I love bread, and I make a lot of my own. The family feels neglected when I don't make it, but some types of it I just cannot stay out of when I make them (honey oatmeal, for instance). Not sure I can be trusted with it just now, maybe in a few months.

I know what you mean! Apple pie is my big down-fall, especially if it's my own! So... I bake no pies Sad I have some un-happy brothers, but a happier waistline!

Cheat food while actively trying to lose weight is beer. I'm hooked on world class IPAs and stouts. Last year for Biggest Loser I went 30 days with no alcohol. This year I had a beer for every 5 pound weight drop.

Next weekend as a post BL reward I'm going to a release party for one of the best beers in the world. Founders KBS

Bulmers and chocolate. And it's Easter egg season and there's 3 for 4 quid in the local stores. I've eaten 18 of them in the last 4 weeks. 18!!! 18 Easter Eggs all by myself! And all the wee bars that came with them. I'm not letting myself buy anymore into the house! *hangs head in shame*
